SUNIFG Halloween Streetathon


In this Halloween will you go for a party or a haunted house for celebration?

 

Trick or treat is … out! There is a new “Trick or RUN” event for you and your friends to dress in Halloween outfits and run across the districts in Kowloon East! Join HALLOWEEN STREETATHON@ kowloon east with your friends and family!

Why join Trick or Run?

  • A special occasion to run in funky costumes celebrating Halloween across the districts in Kowloon East; the routes include Kwun Tong Promenade, Kwun Tong industrial area, main streets, back alleys, and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
  • Run to help those in needs; we are raising funds for two beneficiaries in this event.  They are Youth.ROC, which aims at transforming life through running, and Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society.
  • Adults and kids are welcome to be creative and dress up in Halloween costumes to compete in “The “Creepiest” Outfit Award” and “Creepiest Junior Outfit Award” respectively to win prizes!
  • Big carnival with outdoor live music show, F&B refreshment counters, face painting booth etc.
  • Free official T-shirt and finisher’s certificate

Fun-filled run and games?

Hauntingly Halloween run across the districts in Kowloon East! Participants choose different running routes and distance: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and Half Marathon. Participants will set off in different timeslots in groups of less than 30 people and each group will be led by a lead runner. There is no timing for the run; it is not a competition nor will there be winning titles. You are encouraged to dress in Halloween outfits and enjoy the run and festive atmosphere. Special gifts will be given to those who dress up in special costumes

Age Requirements: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km: 12 – 75 years old, Half Marathon: 18 – 75 years old

  • Pumpkins Mission Run

Want to join some games with friends together? Join in team of two with your friend, boyfriend, girlfriend, hubby, wife, son or daughter in Pumpkins Mission Run game! Participants have to finish six tasks within a time limit including Pumpkin Run which is really holding a pumpkin to run. All these tasks will test coordination of the two of you, brain power, physical strength and swiftness. Those teams which completed mission will be awarded special gifts! Game details to be announced later. Again, there is NO timing, ranking nor titles in this game.

  • Creepiest Junior Outfit Award

Celebrating Halloween is not just for adults. Kids are most welcome to be creative, dress in various Halloween outfits, strike a scary pose and join the “Creepiest Junior Outfit Award” and win special prizes!

Age Requirement & Grouping:3-12 years old
All participants will get an official certificate.

Entry Fee:HK$100 (include two phases of competition)

  • Halloween Carnival

Want more than just a running activity? Join the carnival for FREE to feel the festive atmosphere and cheer for the participants. Have an unforgettable Halloween party day till night with friends!
Special programs include

  1. Outdoor Music Show:From 6pm – 9pm, live music performance from local band and singers such as Kolor, MastaMic, Wong Jing, Blaster, Mr. Rocket Head and Wondergarl etc.
  2. Makeover Station:participants to dress up at venue
  3. Face Painting Booth
  4. F&B Refreshment Counters and more!
