Keep your kids healthy while they learn one of the most useful languages in the world.

Timetable by Age Range

There will be Three Independent Sessions in order to keep the children in their age range as follows:

9 am - 10 am - 3 - 5 years old.
10 am - 11 am - 6 - 8 years old.
11 am - noon - 9 - 11 years old.

Capacity and Price

Capacity: 6 kids in one class max.
Price: 400 HKD / 50 mins session (per student)

Class Activities

STORYTELLING

Fairytales to teach about kindness (princess stories, animal stories...)
Practice animal poses through storytelling in Spanish.

YOGA SONGS
Themes: Kindness, Animals, Nature, Breathing, Heart, Strong body (ALL IN SPANISH).

PAIR YOGA
Gate pose, Boat pose, Table&Chair pose, Pair tree pose. TEAM BUILDING PURPOSE.

GAMES WITH PROPS

Balance game by holding sticks between group
Copy cat game to find out who is starting the new movement in the group(...)

PROPS

Kids to be seated on the SAFETY MATS.
Other activity props like sticks, feathers, chimes... are prepared by the school.

BENEFITS & PURPOSE

Kids yoga have many benefits for child's well being just like yoga with adults. Not only to explore the BODY FLEXIBILITY, kids get to experience CALMNESS, DISCIPLINE of MIND&ENERGY CONTROL, stimulate their imagination with story telling and yoga pose practices to imitate animals, nature like tree and ocean etc.

It helps to give them the feeling of confidence, bonding between group team and family, and most importantly bring awareness to what is around them, the practice of MINDFULNESS.

By experiencing the kids yoga class in Spanish supported by English&Cantonese explanations, kids will get to have the idea of Spanish words and get exposed to the NEW VOCABULARY IN SPANISH through activities, this way they will benefit the Spanish learning through memory of body and mind, also learn children's YOGA SONGS IN SPANISH.
