Start the Holiday Season with a very special Silent Disco Zumba and Yoga event! The event will include special Christmas Zumba moves, yoga flows and holiday music to inspire the Christmas spirit in all!
Suitable for all ages and levels! Bring your families, loved ones, friends and kids! Special discount for kids is provided.
Special holiday treats and surprises will be available!
There will be two classes:
- 4:00 - 4:45 pm - Silent Disco Zumba class with Corinne
- 5:00 -6 :00 pm - Silent Disco Yoga class with Holly
Attendees will enjoy:
- The selected music and the teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets
- Dresscode: Wear something red or anything Christmas related. Be creative.
