Bring your kids, friends and families for an afternoon of outdoor fun at Clearwater Bay Country Park！
Enjoy a Zumba class followed by a Yoga class while breathing in fresh open air.
- 4:00 -4:45pm: Silent Disco Zumba class with Corinne
- 5:00-6:00pm: Silent Disco Yoga with Holly
The selected music and the teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets. The classes are suitable for all ages and levels. The classes will be taught at the pagoda at the top of the kite flying area in Clearwater Bay park.
What to bring:
- Bring your own Yoga mat (or large towel)
- Bring your trainers for the Zumba class
In case of rainy weather, no refund will be made but the event will be postponed to another date.
