Cedar Theatre (Level I) Certification Programme


Through this comprehensive theatre programme, students will learn to act, perform and speak in front of the audience.

 

Students will develop effective communication skills and build confidence. Students will have the unique opportunity to create original scenes through acting exercises, interpreting literature, creative play-writing and improvisation; they will receive individualised coaching to refine their acting techniques. The course will end with a showcase for family and friends. One important learning objective of this programme is developing stage presence. This course will help students discover their uniqueness and strengths while they learn to deliver and project their voice and presence.

Dates and Times:

The Cedar Theatre (Level I) Certification Programme runs Monday to Friday from 17 July 2019 to 2 August 2019.

Morning session (10:00 am - 12:30 pm) [course code: CACIPATCP190302A] and afternoon sessions (2:00 pm - 4:30 pm) [course code: CACIPATCP190302B] are available.

Recommended age for morning session is 8 - 12 years old while recommended age for afternoon session is 6 - 10 years old
