Emotional Intelligence 101 (Christmas Camp 2021)

Course Objective:

One of the key characteristics of a good leader is their high Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is the most sort after traits in corporate leadership. However, most children are taught to see emotions as "good or bad" and end up feeling guilty about bad emotions. In this program, we take away the good-bad emotions mindset in children and replace it with cause-effect-regulate mindset.

In this camp:

They will learn to look at emotions from 3 different angles: Cognitive, Emotive, Somatic.
They will take away 3 strategies to regulate their emotions
They will be able to empathise and respond to feelings of others.

Teaching Methodology:

This program is taught in fun and interactive for children with games and role plays.
