新競技田徑 Newave Athletics 2024 Kids Athletics Training Course (JAN-MAR) is now enrolling!

As the year draws to a close, sport never stops! The long awaited Athletics Class 2024 is finally here! 新競技田徑 Newave Athletics invites runners from all walks of life to join us, to break through, and to join in the bloodshed!

Kids Program

Time: January to March 2024
Target Group: K2 to P1 students aged 3 years and older.
Fee: $1760 (11 Classes) $1920 (12 Classes) $2080(13 Classes)
A registration fee of $100 is required for new students, which includes an administration fee and a training T-shirt.
Location: Aberdeen, Causeway Bay, Kowloon Bay, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Tseung Kwan O, North District

Classes Include:

Warm-up movements (static, dynamic, stretching)
Running posture improvement
Sports-related fitness training (speed, explosive power, etc.)
Children's competitive event training (running, jumping, throwing)
Competition Preparation

This course is developed by our professional coaching team with reference to the IAAF training programme for children's overall development in athletics, aiming to promote athletics to local children and provide participants with the opportunity to receive diversified and professional training in athletics.
