AntiGravity Kids Yoga

Come and try our kids AG classes with our certified AG kids teachers. Each class is age appropriate and will help them develop focus, strength and flexibility.


Our program will allow the kids to progress week to week helping them to conquer their fears and build self confidence. Let their spirits fly!

Class Details:

  • AntiGravity - Kids (6 - 8 yrs) - 4:10 pm - 5:00 pm at The Yoga Room 3/F Studio

It is a child’s inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays the spirit soars. This class is guided by AntiGravity® Kids certified instructors who specialize in working with children. The Gliders class utilizes thematic material inspired by the elements to engage your child while he or she swings, stretches, spins, balances, strengthens core muscles, and opens the imagination. Discover the fun of exercise while developing courage and self-confidence.

  • AntiGravity -  Aerial Yoga for Pre-Teens (9-12 yrs) - 5:10 pm - 6:00 pm at The Yoga Room 3/F Studio

Let their spirits fly. The Flyers class incorporates more challenging Aerial Yoga oriented sequences and poses, plus fun tricks to engage this growing child.The AntiGravity certified instructor will lead Aerial Yoga sequences for your child to swing, stretch, spin, balance, strengthen core muscles, and expand the imagination. He or she will discover a sense of independence while developing self confidence. The result is a happy, balanced child.

  • Dress Code: Long sleeves (armpits covered) with Legging
  • The parent or legal guardian must sign the guest registration form before the class. Otherwise, class is not allowed
  • All final decision is subjected to yoga room limited

How to get there?

To get to The Yoga Room from Sheung Wan MTR: 
Exit A2
Turn right out of the exit and walk to Cleverly Street.

Turn left onto Cleverly Street and walk to Jervois Street.
Building will be on your left hand side on the corner of Jervois and Cleverly before a staircase to Queen’s Road West.
Estimated time: 5 minutes

To get to The Yoga Room from Central/Soho:
Walk west on Queen’s Road.
Pass by Hollywood Terrace apartment complex and Cafe O.
There will be a McDonald’s across the street.
The studio is just down the stairs past the McDonald’s on the right hand side.
Estimated time: 10-15 minutes

To get to The Yoga Room from Shun Tak/ Ferry Piers:
Cross over from the north side over Connaught Road to the south side at the West side of the Shun Tak center (by the Western Market).
At the Western Market, walk down past the market and cross over to the left and turn left onto Bonham Strand.
Turn right onto Cleverly Street.
Walk until you reach Jervois Street and building will be on your left hand side on the corner of Jervois and Cleverly before a staircase to Queen’s Road West.
Estimated time: 5 minutes (Shun Tak); 15 minutes (Ferry Piers)
