Act 3 International is back to bring you an enriching five-day drama workshop here at Mighty Minds!
This year, the children will immerse themselves in the captivating fairy tale “The Elves and the Shoemaker.”
The workshop runs for two hours each day, providing a structured yet playful environment where children explore the basics of drama. This includes learning to express emotions through voice and movement, understanding the dynamics of scenes, and developing confidence in front of an audience. Activities are crafted to be age-appropriate and focus on cultivating creativity and teamwork.
The benefits of this workshop extend beyond drama; children enhance their ability to communicate, cooperate with peers, and follow directions. These skills are essential in all areas of learning and development. Additionally, participating in the workshop helps build emotional intelligence, as children explore different feelings and perspectives through their characters.
- Date: 10 to 15 June 2024
- Time: 9AM - 12PM Monday to Friday, followed by a Saturday presentation
- Age Group: 4-5 years old and 6-7 years old
