Art for Good presents workshops promoting mental health and well-being for adults and children.
Art Therapy Group for Mothers & Women:
Created for women and mothers to work on their mental health and well-being with our Art Therapy Group at Art for Good Studio. Join us on Wednesdays, Fridays, and selected Saturdays for sessions designed to foster support and self-expression in a safe, welcoming environment. No art experience is necessary—just bring your willingness to explore and connect. Sessions are pay-as-you-wish, ensuring accessibility for all. Take this step towards self-care and join our community of women supporting each other through creativity and conversation. Your well-being matters, find some me-time when you join in our sessions.
- Ongoing on Wednesdays 10:30AM-12PM, Fridays 7PM-9:30PM, Selected Saturdays 2PM-3:30PM
Children’s Art Classes for Mental Health & Well-being:
Encourage your child's creativity and well-being by enrolling them in our Children's Art Class at Art for Good Studio. Beyond learning diverse art forms and techniques, our classes incorporate practices that support mental health. Through fun and educational sessions, children will explore their creativity, build confidence, and learn valuable skills in a nurturing environment. Join us in fostering your child's artistic growth and overall well-being through art. Sessions are crafted to empower children and foster resilience, proactively focusing on preventive measures rather than waiting for interventions.
Every Sunday at the Art Studio from 2-4 pm.
Give Back Art Workshop (Macrame with Novelisa):
Discover the art of macramé while supporting a meaningful cause at our upcoming workshop with Mama Artist Novelisa. Proceeds will benefit the Rare Disorders Society of Singapore, aiding in their vital work. Learn intricate knotting techniques under Novelisa's guidance and create beautiful, handmade pieces. Together, let's weave hope and support for those in need.
Limited spots available—reserve yours today and make a difference through creativity and compassion. Join us on July 20 from 2-3:30pm.
