A hands-on workshop that encourages young visitors to create their own version of everybody’s favourite sea turtle, Tut.
They will get creative and explore ways to upcycle discarded materials by giving it new life in this craft session.
At the end of the workshop the children will bring their turtle home with them and continue to spread the message of change.
During the session facilitators will share short films and resources to explain the survival challenges that sea turtles face.
Online pre-booking of tickets is required.
Slots will be released for walk-ins if you are late for more than 15 minutes for your pre-booked session.
Notice: Our galleries have reopened with additional precautionary measures practiced to safeguard the well-being of you and our other visitors. Due to the reduced venue capacity and timed entry in the museum, we seek your understanding that there are limited tickets for redemption and tickets will be available on a first-come first-served basis. We will be providing individual kit per participant to work on their craft and tools will be sanitized after each session.
