Project Dream Weavers - An Inclusive Fashion Design Camp for Children
This camp is held in conjunction with the special exhibition “Guo Pei: Chinese Art and Couture” at the ACM (Asian Civilisations Museum), featuring dresses by Guo Pei, one of China’s most famous fashion designers, paired with objects from the museum. This four-day, inclusive arts camp will bring together children of all abilities to work in teams to boost their creativity, sense of self, and embracing of diversity.
Camp highlights include privileged access to the exhibition set-up behind-the-scenes before it opens to the public, a private gallery tour, material exploration, fashion design workshop and a chance to meet the designer, Guo Pei.
Children will work in groups to create a series of fashion items and showcase them in a runway show during a weekend festival at ACM in July!
