This holiday Between Two Trees brings alive a classic Chinese story "Little Cat Goes Fishing" with younr children aged 4 to 6 years old. The main character is Little Cat who cannot catch a fish because it is easily distracted. With Mama Cat's constant support and encouragement, Little Cat learns to concentrate on tasks wholeheartedly and to make it a firm decision and stick to it. At the end, Little Cat managed to catch a fish after persevering through the task!
Through puppetry, games, creative movements, songs, drawing and presentation, this Chinese Language Speech and Drama class aims to enhance and extend the children's interest towards the language and creative expression. Children will learn to create the script, improvise storylines and participate in visual arts activities.
