This Womb Healing in Nature workshop is designed for ladies to harmonise imbalances in your bodily system by increasing your Personal Energetics Vibrational Frequency with Butterfly Touch and Sound Bath conducted by Kong Choon Yen, and Adelynn Shan Lee.

If you are ready to begin your journey of self-discovery with the intention to release and unblock stuck energy, focusing on the womb/sacral area, this session is for you.

This unique combination of light touch and vibrational sound creates a synergy effect in your healing journey. It not only releases happy hormones and melts away muscle tension, but it also relaxes your mind, allowing you to be in the present moment. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the immersive sensory experience of touch & sound. It is so relaxing that you may just fall asleep!

**The exact location will be shared closer to the date. Please bring your own yoga mat and towels for your comfort. Should it rains on the day, the event will be canceled and postponed to another day.

Choon Yen (@kongchoonyen) specialises in stress and trauma release. She is trained in PSYCH-K Balance and Gentle Bio-Energetics Body Therapy. She is also a Level 1 Moon Mother, a Certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator & Birth Doula, providing a growth modal of care to help couples restore holistic health. She helps individuals to transform stress and anxiety into a state of peace by rewiring the subconscious belief system into a positive one in order to increase potential growth. Healing trauma, and restoring the flow of energy to bring joy back to life.

Adelynn (@adelynnshanlee) is the founder of Soul Happy People. She is a certified multi-instrument sound practitionerner, Laughter Yoga, Shirin Yoku guide, Authentic Happiness, and Positive Image coach. Her background is in ARTS. She believes that music is healing, it is transformative, and inspiring. She is currently working on her flute album, and will soon be teaching flute-making. Her goal is to inspire/connect people through music, to move people from the head-to-heart space, and to plant the seed that You can be the change and light you want to be.
