Gymtots (1 - 3 yr old)
Is an introductory program specially designed for both parent & child.
The class is kicked off with “free exploration” time with assistance provided by professional coaches, followed by circle time which include warm-up, song & dance, basic gymnastics skills & a circuit. Lastly, hand apparatus, which are perfect for hand- eye co-ordination & motor skills, are handed out.
Parents are encouraged to stretch during warm up too!
