Holiday Classes



Their Busykids Holiday Classes are suitable for ages 4-6 years old, there are a total of 4 classes, each class consists of 2 days of 4 hours.

 

Each 4 hour session consists of the following:

  • Theme activities (Craft / activities / games)
  • Literacy
  • Numeracy
  • Sensory
  • General Knowledge

Each session covers a wide range of topics, ranging from literacy to numeracy to fine motor skills and general knowledge. Apart from solidifying their foundation in the core domains, children will pick up positive learning habits like:

  • Self motivation
  • Intrinsic desire to learn
  • Patience
  • Collaboration

as well as essential soft skills such as:

  • Self control
  • Leadership
  • Social awareness
  • Taking turns
  • Sharing
  • Leadership

    Program highlights:

    • Award-winning and age-appropriate teaching resources
    • Cosy and relaxed setting, no over-stimulating loud music
    • Play-based approach, all teaching are channeled through toys & resources, no blackboards and no tablets
    • Focus on the process of playing and learning rather than the outcome

    Week 1: The Whimsical Garden

    • Dates: 30th & 31st May or 1st & 2nd June
    • Time: 2pm - 6pm

    Week 2: Drive your Imagination

    • Dates: 6th & 7th June or 8th & 9th June
    • Time: 2pm - 6pm

    Week 3: Day & Night

    • Dates: 13th & 14th June or 15th & 16th June
    • Time: 2pm - 6pm

    Week 4: Treasure Hunt (Direction & Maps)

    • Dates: 20th & 21st June or 22nd & 23rd June
    • Time: 2pm - 6pm

    How to get there?

    • MRT

    A mere 3-5 minutes walk from Buona Vista MRT Station (CC22/EW21). Take Exit D to MOE Headquarters, and Busy Tables is diagonally across. 

    • Bus

    Buses: 74, 91, 92, 92M, 95, 191, 196, 198, 200 

    • Self-drive / Taxi

    It takes about 15 minutes to drive here from the City. There are open air, basement as well as multi-storey parking.

    • Via Central Expressway (CTE) from the City:

    Take the CTE towards AYE 
    Take exit 8 at AYE and turn right onto North Buona Vista road 
    Turn left into Rochester Park.
