We created Enhanced Wellbeing Support with this shared purpose to strengthen health, love and sense of coherence.
Enhanced Wellbeing Support is an inclusive and empowering platform for all ages and for all fields of people, connecting highly experienced and nurturing yoga teachers, artists, coaches and health care professionals, promoting good health, creativity and well-being in this COVID-19 situation. We create online materials that are customized weekly to the need in the community.
This means inspiring new ways to create warm-hearted and authentic connections, a community based on strengthening inner values, uncovering more love into our lives and supporting each other without judgements. Our philosophy is simple: “If not us, then who – and if not now, then when”
Our online lessons are designed to harmoniously integrate: creativity + wellness + happiness. We customise your child's interest with step-by-step guidance, and cultivate your child's strengths week by week.
Kids Yoga+Art
This lesson online combines art, story-telling and movement exercises alongside a creative art medium to engage both body and mind. They’ll be encouraged to stretch and sketch freely to hone one’s non-verbal skills and bring about inner balance and self-awareness.
Art Techniques
Nurture your child’s own self-expression within an artist-led environment through the exploration of multi-disciplinary artist mediums and tools.
Therapeutic Art
"The healthiest form of projection is art". This lesson online offers a holistic approach exploring sensations of doodling, painting, and creating mark-making exercises to learn patterns, textures and colours of the environment around us.
Family Bonding
"Touch is magic and such an integral part of family bonding". Children, parents and even grandparents get to enjoy practicing holistic activities and exercises, be it Yoga, Art, Meditation, Story-telling or Dancing together to strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun.
