A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION

Five winners will be drawn across 10 malls on 6 May 2026.

FRx members who meet the qualifying spend will be issued an eVoucher with a Promo Code in their FRx eWallet. Members must visit https://app.rangerbuddies.com/ and key in the Promo Code to start the mission.
Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one (1) Promo Code per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Promo Code issued is only valid for the Ranger Buddies Mission at mall of spending during the event period.
Each Promo Code entitles participation for up to two (2) children.
Complete all missions at each participating mall to receive a unique finisher badge Limited quantities available. Badges will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Present the completed game screen at the Event Area, to redeem the badge.
Points accumulated on the Ranger Buddies webapp are redeemable for exclusive merchandise, while stocks last.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at respective Customer Service Counters / Concierge.
7. The Management of Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
D. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered automatically in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are tabulated per transaction , e.g. if you spend $50 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $100 at another store, you receive another three lucky draw chances. For the spending of $150 in two transactions, you receive four lucky draw chances.
4. Five lucky draw winners will be selected across our 10 participating malls in a random computerised drawing, which will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 6 May 2026.
5. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via website [https://www.frasersexperience.com/].
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.
