Yet, big feelings may overwhelm us. How do we navigate those feelings to clarity and connection? Empathy, like any other skill, can be learnt and trained. Perhaps you would like to see the point of view of your spouse, child, friend and understand their feelings and needs but don't know how?
Inspired by the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, this workshop aims to equip you with some tools for self-empathy and self-compassion by checking in with our feelings and needs, whilst also developing your self-awareness of the feelings and needs of others, leading to empathy and connection in the relationship.
