At Pre-Primary level, classes are taught with greater emphasis on structure and discipline where students are encouraged to follow instructions in a more formal manner. With the use of props and themes to create a storyline, students will learn basic ballet technique through the use of imaginative movement.

There is no public parking at Telok Blangah House. The nearest car parks can be located at:
- VivoCity (Park at B2 Lobby L and proceed to Exit D via MRT entrance)
- Marang Road Carpark (next to Seah Im Food Centre)
- Pick-up point for students whose parents are waiting in cars can be found at the service entrance along Temenggong Road, at the back of the building on Level 2.
