Our doors are always open. Yes, it’s almost that time of year again for our annual National Day BJJ Open Mat.

Starting at 9 am, the kids (ages 6-12) are up first with their own open mat which will wrap up at 10:30 am.

All FaMA Kids are welcome to book on the Mindbody App and non-FaMA Kids can submit a reservation (limited spots) via the link in our bio.

After a short break the open mat for adults starts at 11 am and goes to 1 pm.

All academies and levels are welcome to join but please note that if you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver on your behalf.

Looking forward to seeing all our friends, old and new, on National Day.
