Look forward to an exciting line-up of free monthly activities in various parks around the island and create fun filled memories with your family every weekend!

Lots of activities at Fort Canning Park this weekend:

  • Catch the LEGO® Evening Movie Screening at Fort Canning Green on 28, 29 and 30 Jul
  • Take a walk with the Trees of the Fort Guided Tour on 29 Jul
  • Start your Sunday with yoga at Hotel Fort Canning on 30 Jul
  • Join a Wine & Food Pairing Talk by Lewin Terrace on 30 Jul

 

  • LEGO ® Evening Movie Screening at Fort Canning Green

 28, 29 & 30 July (Fri – Sun), 8pm

Enjoy a relaxing night out and watch The LEGO ® movie on the lush green lawn at Fort Canning Green.

70 pairs of free movie passes per night are up for grabs. Simply email sales@axseedevents.com and state your preferred date, name and contact number!

  •  The LEGO’s Piece of Peace World Art Exhibition

 27 July - 3 Sept 2017

See World Heritage Sites and a spectacular globe recreated with LEGO ® bricks. Ticket holders are entitled free entry to the screening of The LEGO ® movie.

Operating Hours:

10am to 9pm on weekdays

10am to 12am on weekends and public holidays

  • Trees of the Fort Guided Tour at Roundabout near Battlebox Visitor Centre

29 July (Sat), 10am – 11.30am 

Let nature-loving guides take you on a journey to find out more about heritage trees and other beautiful trees like the towering Kapok, flaky Gelam and magnificent Madras Thorn.

  • Morning Yoga at Hotel Fort Canning (Garden Terrace)

30 July (Sun), 8.30am – 9.30am

Get your mind, body and soul in tune with nature with Yoga in the Park. Awaken your senses in this guided class led by a trained Yogi and relax in the tranquil surrounds of lush, verdant greenery.

Bring your own mat. Activity will be held rain-or-shine. Chargeable at $10.70 per pax. First 5 people to register attends for free. Register here.

  • Wine & Food Pairing Talk at Lewin Terrace

30 July (Sun), 4pm – 5.30pm 

With a terrace overlooking lush foliage and stunning blossoms, Lewin Terrace is an impeccable venue for dining and weddings.

Learn how to choose and pair wine with food, as Lewin Terrace provides tips to couples on their wedding preparation.

How to get there?

Fort Canning Park is bounded by Hill Street, Canning Rise, Clemenceau Avenue and River Valley Road.

By MRT: 

Alight at Clarke Quay Station (Exit E) or Dhoby Ghaut Station (Exit B).

  • Clarke Quay Station: Come out from Exit E, turn left and walk along Coleman Bridge. Turn left again at the end of Coleman Bridge and head towards the pedestrian overhead bridge (100m away) along River Valley Road. Cross the overhead bridge and you will enter Fort Canning Park.  
  • Dhoby Ghaut Station: Come out from Exit B, cross Penang Road, turn left and keep a lookout for the tunnel leading to Fort Canning Park.
