GIM Sports offers gymnastics, fitness and sports camp programmes for children, adults and organizations within Singapore.

Services provided by GIM Sports are aimed at promoting a philosophy of healthy living through exercise and physical activity. Programmes are organized to give children and adults a safe and conducive environment to learn and refine skills under the close supervision of qualified and experienced trainers.

GIM Sports is housed in a 5,000 sq.ft. fully air-conditioned facility and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for gymnastics and fitness classes. Free parking is available, and among their neighbour tenants are Giant HyperMart and other fine dining restaurants and children's enrichment centres. It is a fantastic place for family activities and sports!

Programmes:

Gymnastics and Fitness - At GIM Sports, they offer specially designed gymnastics and fitness programmes for children of all ages and abilities. As well as developing their gymnastic skills on various pieces of apparatus, they also seek to improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness levels. In addition, for those students who are especially keen on gymnastics, they have also devised a comprehensive range of competitive classes.
Sport and Adventure Camps - Their camps are open to both boys & girls (local residents & overseas visitors) between the ages of 4 to 12 years old. They offer challenging sports-related activities and games to engage campers, and to encourage interaction with each other. Campers can look forward to Team Challenges/Races, ball games, gymnastics-based activities, obstacle course races, and fitness activities. Come join their energetic and fun-filled Sports & Adventure Camps! Their camps are designed to encourage children to keep fit, make new friends and generally, have a good time!
Birthday Parties - Looking for a fun, original and energetic way to celebrate your child's birthday party? Let them relieve you of the stress of planning and running the party! They provide exciting gymnastics-based activities and games that are perfect for a day of fun. They can tailor a party specifically for your needs and so you can be sure your child has a memorable and exciting time!
Adult Programmes - Designed to instil the basic fundamentals of gymnastics – you will have a chance to use all of the apparatus (vault, beam, floor, trampoline, etc). This exciting class will incorporate warm-up and cool down sessions, along with conditioning exercises, like skipping, jumping, stretching and more. A great way to keep the body fit and toned! So get ready to explore the basic movements and patterns of gymnastics!
