This is a hands-on workshop in a rustic setting with an earth oven using firewood.
By mixing, kneading, stretching, resting and shaping the dough, we are creating a unique flavour of our own, magical but wholesome at the same time. This is the best relationship to have with your food by truly immersing oneself in the process.
Sourdough bread is made through a fermentation process that boosts its digestibility, improves the availability of certain nutrients, and lowers its blood sugar effects which makes it a great alternative to conventional choice.
