Being a new mom is a life changing experience. Your body undergoes tremendous changes the moment you are pregnant and even after you gave birth to your baby. Your maternal instincts start to kick in and you sometimes feel that you different now as a mother. The period after post-birth is as important as the entire pregnancy journey. During this time, you show tender loving care to not only your baby, but most importantly yourself. You learn to connect to yourself and with your baby.
Yoga helps to replenish your energy. A regular practice of postnatal yoga could be the best way for a new mum to restore
and condition the body – like once before.

Note: If you went through a natural delivery, postnatal yoga is appropriate from about four to six weeks onwards post-partum. For a Cesarean section birth, you will need to wait slightly longer before beginning postnatal yoga. In any
