- Interactive game and discussion around HPB\'s My HealthyPlate for children: 20-25min
In addition to learning about healthy eating, this session is also designed to educate and develop on the following areas:
- English, literacy
- Maths, shapes
- Critical and creative thinking skills
- Confident self-identities
What to prepare:
- Pencil/Pen/Writing materials
- My HealthyPlate print out sheet
- My HealthyPlate Foods (please cut them into individual squares before the workshop)

About Host
Dawn is an accredited practising Dietitian and Nutritionist as well as an Early Childhood Educator. As a Dietitian, she is passionate about helping her clients establish a better relationship with food by empowering them with sound nutrition knowledge and the right mindset. As an Early Childhood Educator, she believes that children learn through meaningful play experiences and she would love to change their attitude towards learning. Combining these 2 passions together, she aims to establish healthy eating habits in children through providing educational and meaningful play experiences.
