Experience the transformative practice of immersing your senses in nature, guided by trained instructors.

Embrace a mindful, slow-paced journey that includes yoga, sensory engagement, and a deep connection with the natural world. This holistic experience aims to nourish the mind and soul through a profound connection with nature.

Registration will open at 10am on 20 Aug 2024 and will close either 3 days before the event or when fully registered. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email 3 days before the tour. You will be placed on our waiting list if the programme is full.
