Enjoy fun-filled sessions of art and play in the park with your little one!
Jelly Bean Attic's series of art workshops in the parks are crafted with elements of Sensory Play and Process Art. The great outdoors provide an incredible experience for little tots, giving them space to be themselves and letting them explore the natural world around them through different sights, colours and sounds. It's also a great opportunity for social interactions and parent-child bonding. Plus you also get to take home your little tot's creations.
The workshops use a thematic lens through which toddlers engage in art-making and exploration. By facilitating rather than instructing, these art sessions give the little ones room to explore various materials and mediums to create at their own pace.
Focusing on Process Art encourages children to tap into the creation process rather than the outcome. It also promotes:
- Spatial reasoning
- Fine motor skills
- Sensory exploration
- Gross motor skills and coordination
