Kids Yoga & Fun Cooking Class
Kids yoga and cooking class is the perfect way to combine healthy movement and mindful eating in a fun and engaging way!
In this class, we will guide your child through a one-hour yoga practice that incorporates poses inspired by food. They'll learn breathing exercise, and move their bodies mindfully.
Following the yoga session, our experienced kids cooking class teacher will lead your child in making a delicious and nutritious golden turmeric latte and healthy acai bowl, using fresh and wholesome ingredients. Along the way, your child will learn about the benefits of mindful eating and cooking.
This class is is a great opportunity for your child to learn new skills, make new friends, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
