Tales from the Nusantara: Ramadan Around The World

Tales from the Nusantara: Ramadan Around The World

Ever wondered how Muslims around the world celebrate the Islamic month of Ramadan? Then come along on a journey with us around the world to visit children and their families observing Ramadan.

The storytelling session will be brought to you by the Malay Heritage Centre (MHC)’s docent and storyteller, Hafiz Rashid. Join Hafiz on this exciting journey to observe how various Muslim communities welcome the holy month.

This will be an immersive session as you’ll have an opportunity to make your own ‘sadaqah’ (charity) jars and also learn about Singapore’s Indian Muslim community through a tour of the Indian Heritage Centre.
