Halloween Dining Specials @Marina Bay Sands

Indulge in the dark allure of Halloween-exclusive menus that marry unexpected flavours with hauntingly beautiful visuals.

RISE Restaurant

Sinfully indulgent flavours and exquisite Halloween treats inspired by the autumn harvests grace the dining tables at RISE.

For a wickedly delicious Halloween-themed buffet feast, start with lunchtime Halloween treats like Pumpkin & Cheddar Mini Boule, a savoury bread roll with a crisp, crusty exterior and a fluffy interior infused with pumpkin. Delight in the Black “Midnight” Baguettine, a charcoal-tinted baguette bread with black sesame crust that adds a fragrant, nutty note to every bite.

For Halloween dinnertime, nosh on their Graveyard Rye Batard, a beautifully baked French bread etched with bat and tombstone designs, adding a touch of whimsy to the table. The Pumpkin Sage Focaccia Slab, an Italian-inspired dish, delivers a fragrant blend of savoury herbs and seasonal warmth, while the Mini Witch Rings with their striking inky-black hue and delicate hint of salt, make a bold Halloween accent and pair effortlessly with a variety of toppings.

Families will love Halloween-inspired confections such as the Eerie Macarons, dressed up with charming ghosts, bats and zombies for a frightfully decadent dessert. The Halloween cakes are not for the faint of heart. The Haunted Black Forest is a twist on the classic chocolate cake with dark cherry compote and silky whipped white cream layered within. The Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake is a wonderland of comforting spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, paired with velvety smooth pumpkin-flavoured cheesecake for a warm hug of comforting autumn notes.
