- Mon – Thurs: 10am to 8pm (Unlimited Play. Last admission at 6pm )
- Fri – Sun, PH Eve & PH: 10am – 8pm (2hour play per session. Last admission at 6pm). This also includes 26 Dec and 2 Jan 2025. Ticket valid only on the date and time selected.
- Blackout dates 26 Nov, 10am to 12pm and 29 Nov, 6 to 9pm and 21 Dec 6pm-8pm, 22 Dec 6pm – 8pm. Please visit Kiztopia’s social media pages for the most up-to-date notifications on blackout dates.
Terms and Condition
- Each ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is allowed once exited.
- Each ticket admits only one participant(1 year old and above) for a specific duration. No participant may switch with another person during the specified duration.
- Each ticket admits only one participant for 2 hours on Friday to Sunday, PH eve & PH; and unlimited play time on Monday to Thursday.
- Please be on time for your play sessions as the timing is fixed.
Socks are compulsory (not included in the ticket purchase).
- An Adult (18 years and above) must be present for the admission of any participant under 12 years old.
- Participants below the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an Adult (aged 18 and above).
- Children below 12 months old may enter for free if accompanied by a paying Adult. E-copy of Birth Certificate is required for verification.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of KIZTOPIA is final.
Tickets are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Strictly no cancellation or refunds. Reschedule of slot is subject to availability.
Prohibitions & Limitations
There may be some waiting time before entering the play area if the venue has reached its maximum capacity.
Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or persons in wheelchairs.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue (except plain drinking water).
