The Marina Central Business District was formed in November 2019 as a non-profit organisation committed to support businesses in the district by fostering a community for common good and enliven the spaces in the district. The stakeholders are Marina Square, Millenia Singapore, South Beach and Suntec City, with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as a community partner.
The district is positioned as a premium iconic destination that is home to a variety of business and leisure offerings. With its offices, retail and food and beverage options, Marina Central represents a convergence of communities and passions, as well as a shared space for all to come together and enjoy.
