At NorthStar Gymnastics, we embrace a positive and safe way to train!

Our gymnastics programmes cater to all abilities, goals and age groups. Choose from our Recreational, Developmental, Competitive & Adult gymnastics classes at our 4,700sq ft air-conditioned facility at SingPost Centre, next to Paya Lebar MRT in Singapore.

NorthStar Gymnastics Programmes

Our gymnastics programmes are customised with progressive development and skill sets at each level. Every class has clear goals and is geared towards specific progression and proficiency.

Toddlers

Engage your very young ones in play while exposing them to gymnastics at our Parent & Tot programmes. Led by the coaches, the parent-accopanied class is suitable for toddlers aged 2 onwards.

Recreational

Children aged 3 to 5 are introduced to the world of gymnastics at our Kindergym classes. Progress to our skills and routine-based Beginners Recreational programme designed to build strong fundamentals for children aged 6 onwards. Our Advanced Recreational programme caters to gymnasts who want to acquire advanced gymnastics skills but do not train competitively.

Developmental & Competitive

Our competitive artistics gymnastics programmes are in accordance to the international FIG standards, Singapore and Australia Level programmes. Enrollment in this programme is by invitation with limited slots available. Selection by the Head coach is based on skill, physical qualities, attitude and motivation.

The Developmental Squad serves as a stepping stone from recreational to competitive. Here we groom a select group of gymnasts physically and mentally for the team. The Junior & Senior Team gymnasts are grouped and trained according to the WAG levels.

Adult

Our adult gymnastics class caters to all abilities, fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether you're 20 or 60, gymnastics is great for adults too. It's never too late to start tumbling.
