- Dress in sports attire & covered footwear. Jeans /slippers are not advisable
- Minimum age for most activities is 7 years old
- Participants aged below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and above.
- All participants must be able to fit into Personal Floatation Device
- Recommended to bring along a water bottle and change of clothes
