Enduring Blessings is an installation in front of the Peranakan Museum that reflects the artist's deep appreciation for Peranakan art, drawing inspiration from Peranakan textiles and furniture. Rooted in the tradition of auspicious pairings, it features the dragon and phoenix – symbols of balance, power, and harmony. It explores duality not as division, but as a dynamic balance where each element complements the other.
This installation was designed with creative consultation by Raymond Wong, a leading kebaya maker and Steward of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
