Posso Preschool is a premier childcare and enrichment operator that offers comprehensive academic and enrichment programs aimed at developing every child into confident, lifelong learners.

Posso was founded by a team of passionate and experienced early childhood educators who believe in the importance of developing a child’s self-belief system. Their curriculum brings together extensive in-house research and development in the fields on language, phonetics, mathematics, science, art and craft, speech and drama and cookery. These programmes have been carefully tailored to expose each child to diverse and meaningful learning experiences, with a focus on:

At Posso, they believe children have unfathomable minds to learn but are often too distracted by their environment. Therefore, they expose children to their carefully tailored interactive programmes to draw out their talents and potential.

All their programmes, lesson plans and teaching materials are created by their very own staff and logistics team. These programmes aim to develop the multiple intelligences of each child, molding them into well-rounded individuals with their own unique strengths. Whilst these preschool programmes prepare your child for primary school years, they take the time to evaluate the dynamics of each class and the requirements of each student. This allows the teachers to adjust the pace and style of the lessons.

Programmes:

Playgroup Curriculum - Playgroup programme focuses on hands-on experiential and experimental learning experiences, designed to actively engage your child as he/she first steps into a structured learning environment. Their classes are filled with enjoyable activities such as games, music, art, stories, reading, writing, water and sand play, all designed to spark curiosity, encourage inquisitiveness and provide opportunity to develop their creative minds.
Nursery 1 - Nursery 1 programme introduces more activities and games to reinforce and build on their language and math learning. Children will be able to recognise and remember alpabets and basic numbers. They also start developing children’s fine motor skills by immersing them into more fun-filled art and craft activities such as clay modelling and basic science experiments. As they get more familiar with their peers, they further develop their social skills and learn the importance of sharing and taking turns.
Nursery 2 - Continued literacy development will be an important focus of their Nursery 2 programme where children start to read specially tailored books and engage in story telling and group discussions to develop their phonetic skills. Children will learn to blend and form basic words using letters.
Kindergarten 1 - Kindergarten 1 builds on the foundation in various fields set by earlier learning years by providing a progressive and stimulating learning process. More complex concepts and challenges are being presented which further develops a child’s language, numerical, hand-eye coordination, analytical and social skills. Children will learn the importance of teamwork and given opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills through team games and speech and drama classes.
Kindergarten 2 - Kindergarten 2 classes will focus on preparing your children for their first year at primary school. Children will be introduced to common aspects of primary school learning such as spelling and comprehension. They would be encouraged to form longer sentences and reinforce their grammar such as proper use of singular or plural.
