PRESSPLAY is the National Library Board's arts festival where the library reimagines the concept of play by inviting participants to discover new ways of engaging with the arts.
The festival unfolds in two exciting phases: our February and March fringe programmes feature creative workshops, artist residencies and an exhibition, building anticipation for the main festival on 7 March 2026. On this special evening, we transform the library into a vibrant, after-hours bibliotheque-discotheque. Dance to live performances by local bands, lose yourself in our silent disco, create something unique at our craft stations, explore our curated art market, or simply find a cozy nook to read.
PRESSPLAY 2026 offers something for every interest and energy level, redefining how you connect with arts and culture.
Check out the variety of happenings at PRESSPLAY 2026! This year, we're bringing an artist residency, islandwide art workshops, and of course our main festival experience.
