Enjoy innovative, specially created dishes from our celebrity chefs, each utilizing the key ingredient of abalone, known for its symbolic significance of ushering in an abundance of wealth. See how the abalone creations differ from restaurant to restaurant, showcasing the various cuisine styles from East to West.

Our restaurants will also be offering up Treasure Pots (盆菜) and Prosperity Yu Sheng, perfect for sharing. Indulge in Feng Shui Inn’s Tuna Yu Sheng with Fresh Orange and Honey Dressing, and Mama Leong’s ‘Bring Back Memories’ Yu Sheng from Forest森, both of which are made with premium ingredients bursting with festive flavour, ready for you to toss and usher in the good fortune. Forest森even lets you choose your own ingredients from tiered counters, just like the good old days!
