Becoming a mother brings about a complete change in your life, but not necessarily in a way that you might expect. It is a natural part of our existence, and the challenge lies in balancing old and new responsibilities, pleasures, and expectations.

We're here to make this transition smoother. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Find yours at Mommy Circle! Join us for two hours and connect with other mothers who are going through the same changes. By sharing our experiences, joys, and questions, we can discover secure points of support and find comfort in our shared journey.

Our sessions are not a baby care class, though we are happy to discuss specific questions. Rather, we focus on deeper questions that arise during this transformative time. Over six weeks, we explore a new topic each week, such as childbirth, breastfeeding, body changes, various aspects of motherhood, changes in relationships (including with your partner), external and internal expectations, and family roles. Make Mommy Circle your go-to spot every week with your baby, and let us help you navigate this exciting new chapter in your life.

Duration: 2 hours (75-minute session, followed by 45 minutes of free play)
