Enter a universe where the mythological, mystical and magical converge at “Myth & Magic”, a pop-up art exhibition at Royal Plaza on Scotts by Yen Chua.
Mixing acrylic with charcoal, the artist conjured up eight paintings representing mythical creatures such as mermaids and unicorns. Through the exquisite drawings, Yen wittily blurs the lines that divide fantasy and reality, creating a realm where whimsical meets wonderful.
Yen Chua’s artistic practice metaphorically celebrates women and expresses her concern for environmental issues. Her artworks echo her dreams and aspirations for a better world.
