From 15 – 26 November 2019, feast on a spread of Turkish delicacies as chefs from Allium Villas Resort in Bodrum, Turkey whip up an 11-day long spread.
Guest chefs Selin Yılmaz Tümsek and Murat Uyanık present their Turkish specialties such as Kuzu Incik (Turkish lamb shank), hummus with pastrami, sauteed beef with yoghurt and eggplant puree, six different kebab varieties and desserts such as tahinli citır kabak (pumpkin dessert with tahini and walnuts) and baklava, among a spread of savoury and sweet delights.
