Curious Code Junior
ScratchJr is an introductory programming language that enables young children to create their own interactive stories and games. The curriculum will include hands-on activities for students to learn fundamental coding concepts through purposeful play. Students will have the opportunity to create their own interactive stories and games, as well as fun makers projects incorporating motors and sensors.
As they learn to code, they also learn to solve problems, design projects, develop sequencing skills and use Math and language in a meaningful context, supporting the development of early-childhood numeracy and literacy.

Age: 5 - 7 years old
Structure
- 6 weekly classes, once a week, 2 hours per class
- Class size up to 8 students, minimum 4 to start

Curious Coder
Scratch is a programming language created by MIT and designed to help young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively — essential skills for life in the 21st century. Students will learn the fundamentals of programming and get to apply what they learned to create animated stories, interactive games and bring ideas to life.
