Join Susanne.DecoChiffon as she shares how to bake these pretty mystical unicorns and mermaids from chiffon cake! The magical cake pops are made from vanilla chiffon cake and are entirely cream and fondant-free! 

Ingredient List:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 7g castor sugar
  • 14g vegetable/corn oil
  • 13g water/milk
  • 20g cake flour, sifted
  • 2g vanilla extract
  • Pink and blue food colouring
  • 58g egg whites (about 1.5 eggs)
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • 15g castor sugar
  • Deco: flower sprinkles, white chocolate chips, Nutella, pearls, marshmallows
