Enjoy Lion Dance Performances

An all-time favourite Chinese New Year tradition has got to be watching amazing lion dance performances with your loved ones. Well, this lion dance is not your average one, as you will get to watch the lion dancers brave the heights and perform on poles. Get ready to be blown away, so catch these performances from 10 to 12 Feb at Central Beach Bazaar at 5pm and 6.30pm. 

Electrifying LED Dragon Dance

There’s plenty of Chinese New Year fun for the whole family! End your fun-filled Chinese New Year celebrations by watching an electrifying LED Dragon Dance on 10 to 12 Feb at 8.10pm and 9.10pm. Be amazed as you watch the dancers move in harmony with the brightly lit dragon to symbolise a remarkable start to the year of the dragon. 

God of Wealth mascot and Dragon Characters

What better way to celebrate the Year of the Dragon than to meet the god of wealth and dragon characters right here on Sentosa? Bring your family, kids, or friends and take pictures with these cute dragon characters from 10 to 12 Feb during their 20-minute appearances at 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm at Central Beach Bazaar. After going around Sentosa and immersing in all the different festivities, meet the ever so godly, roving “Cai Shen Ye”, the god of wealth, on stilts right here on Sentosa. Catch them roving on stilts at Central Beach Bazaar from 10 to 12 Feb at 5pm and 6.30pm. Don’t forget to collect the ang paos they will be giving out!

How to get there?

By Cable Car:

Get into Sentosa by Cable Car and you will be rewarded with an aerial overview of the Island including Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Studios, Singapore’s City skyline and Harbour. The best mode of transport into the island takes you directly to the attractions hub of Sentosa: Imbiah Lookout. Alight and be ready to kick-start your Sentosa journey with 11 attractions to choose from at Imbiah Lookout.

To get here, alight at Harbourfront MRT and take Exit B (Harbourfront Centre). Follow directional signs leading to Singapore Cable Car station at Harbourfront Tower II. Double the pleasure as your ticket gains you admission into Sentosa, as well as Asia’s First Cable Car Museum.

By MRT:

Take the North-East Line or Circle Line and alight at the HarbourFront Station. From there, you may either take the Sentosa Express located at the 3rd level of VivoCity shopping mall (Lobby L), or take a leisurely stroll down along the Sentosa Boardwalk into Sentosa. Train fares vary.
 

By Sentosa Express:

The Sentosa Express, located at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3), provides easy access to Sentosa, HarbourFront Center.

By Shuttle Bus from Beach Station to Vivo City (One - Way Out of Sentosa)

Every Friday - Sunday and Public Holidays 6pm to 9pm (last bus from Beach Station at 9pm) 

By Public Buses:

Take a bus and alight along Telok Blangah Road. From there, you may either take the Sentosa Express located at the 3rd level of VivoCity shopping mall (Lobby L), or take a leisurely stroll along the Sentosa Boardwalk into Sentosa.
