Project Heart 2025: Game On, Heart Strong
Join us on 11 October 2025 as Singapore unites for Project Heart 2025, SHF's flagship CPR+AED Certification Mass Training, held in conjunction with World Restart a Heart Day and Survivor Awards Singapore! This year’s event features Singapore's legendary ex-national goalkeeper Hassan Sunny, Olympic medallist Maximilian Maeder, Para archer Nur Syahidah Binte Alim and long-distance runner Vanessa Lee. With the theme “Game On, Heart Strong”, the mass training at ITE College West highlights how every trained individual can be a life-saver, building a stronger, more prepared Singapore.
Highlights include:
Mass CPR+AED Training and Certification Course
Participants will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). With guidance from instructors, participants will practice proper chest compression techniques on CPR manikins and build confidence in using an AED. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an official certificate valid for 2 years, empowering them to act decisively during cardiac emergencies.
Survivor Awards Singapore
This heartfelt recognition ceremony honours ordinary heroes who made an extraordinary difference. At the event, a former amateur footballer, who survived a sudden cardiac arrest, thanks to the swift intervention of a group nearby veterinarians trained in CPR, will present the awards to his rescuers. Their story underscores the importance of being equipped with CPR+AED skills.
