Singapore really surprises us with the variety and quality of food, but we shouldn’t be surprised that the best food is going to be found where the locals eat.
Well, this is the advice we give everybody headed over to Singapore or in Singapore. Whether they are a teacher or tourist, the locals know best what restaurants deliver quality and affordability.
Having a local guide is a fantastic way to unearth all of the hidden gems, and organisers at the Singapore Pub Crawl and Singapore River have done a great job of putting you in touch with the people and places to have an authentic experience and live like a local.
Initiated in 2015 as part of the Singapore River Festival, SR Signatures highlights the finest dishes along the River that tantalise your taste buds. Twenty-one mouth-watering dishes have been handpicked by a panel of judges which include (Director of MissTamChiak.com, Maureen Ow; Director and Chef of Ownself Make Chef, Shen Tan; Food Bloggers Rachel Chua and Sihan Lee)
Join us on this SRF food crawl to taste 4 of the 21 winning dishes!
