In this 3 hours class, learn how to:
- Learn to measure and portion your ingredients
- Make a meringue base sponge cake from scratch
- Learn how swiss meringue butter cream is made
- Fill the cake with dark chocolate ganache
- Learn to crumb coat a cake
- Learn how to cover the cake in fondant
- Draw the cake in royal icing and learn how to add water colour design
- Learn how to create a stain glass look
Total class time is 180 minutes. ( with a 15 mins in between)
Recommended for children 6 - 12 years old. Children below 7 should be accompanied by an adult. 1 accompanying adult is allowed per child. Accompanying parent do not require additional ticket.
