Little Philosophers - Stories from philosophers

Little Philosophers - Stories from philosophers

In this story-telling telling and discussion session, children will look at stories told by ancient Chinese and Greek philosophers.

Hear about the giant bird that has a wingspan of many kilometres, the ring that turns one invisible, and more! They will discuss the themes and ideas in these stories.

About Little Philosophers: They hope to introduce children aged 9 and above to philosophy and the joys of exploring exciting ideas and perspectives with their peers. ‘Philosophy’ is ‘the love of wisdom’. To philosophize is to think about the big questions at the roots of different areas of lives, such as “What makes me, me?”, “What makes an action right or wrong?”, “Can a computer think?”, and so on.
