There are so many issues to be concerned about with regard to postpartum well-being, from pelvic floor dysfunction, Cesarean scar recovery to mental health.

 

But one of the least talked about postpartum conditions is shoulder and wrist pain (mummy’s wrist), despite it being very common amongst mothers!
